摘要
清洁生产是有别于传统的被动式节能减排手段,它通过对产品、服务以及流程管理实现环境现状的持续改善并提高生产力及竞争优势,因此成为绿色产业链视角下企业与产业优化升级、实现可持续化发展的一种策略选择。清洁生产的理论研究和实践证明了可持续发展是清洁生产的理论基础,清洁生产是可持续发展理论的实践。文章通过对近几年国外清洁生产相关研究文献的梳理,总结了清洁生产在国内外实施中取得的效益以及遇到的阻碍,并在理论研究与实施经验的基础上提出了基于绿色全产业链视角下企业清洁生产的对策与建议。
Cleaner production is different from traditional passive means of energy saving and emission reduction which can implement sustainable improvement of environment present situation and increase in productivity and competitive advantage through products, services and process management. So clean production becomes a strategy choice of enterprises, industrial upgrading and sustainable development from the perspective of green whole industry chain. The theoretical research and practice of cleaner production, sustainable development is the theoretical basis of it, and it is also the sustainable development theory in practice. This paper summarizes benefits and obstacles of clean production execution, and then proposes some countermeasure and suggestions in this aspect according to researches on cleaner production in recent years in foreign countries.
