The Evaluation, Comparison and Improvement of Index for Eco-Civilization Construction

生态文明建设是中国特色社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分。随着我国逐步向世界舞台中心靠近,生态文明理念也日益被国际社会广为接受。在这样的背景下,不仅要对中国生态文明建设现状进行评价,以保障后续生态文明建设的稳健性和持续性,还要有科学的评价指标体系,供相关研究者运用并进行国别对比研究。论文对中国生态文明建设评价指标体系进行剖析,总结了其中存在的问题,在全面回顾评价国内外生态文明建设评价指标体系的基础上,提出了改进与完善我国生态文明建设评价指标体系的优化路径,给出了指标筛选的八项原则,并就现阶段可获取的生态文明建设相关数据,使用主成分分析方法进行了初步尝试并构建了指标体系的框架,可以为进一步评价研究提供参考。

The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. With China's approach to the center of the world stage, the concept of ecological civilization is increasingly accepted by the international community. In this context, it is necessary to evaluate the current situation of China's ecological civilization construction, so as to ensure the robustness and sustainability of the ecological civilization construction in the later period, and to provide an evaluation index system for the international community to use. This paper analyzes and evaluates the evaluation index system of China's ecological civilization construction and summarizes the existing problems. Based on the comprehensive review of the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the optimization path of improving and perfecting the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction in China, and gives eight principles of index selection. Based on the available index data of ecological civilization construction at the present stage, a preliminary attempt is made by using principal component analysis method and an index system is constructed, which can provide a reference for further evaluation research.
