骨性Ⅲ类错与额窦和上颌窦大小的相关性研究

Research on relationship between skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion and the size of frontal sinus and maxillary sinus

目的通过头颅侧位片测量额窦与上颌窦的面积,探讨骨性Ⅲ类错与额窦和上颌窦大小的相关性。方法选取2009年8月至2018年6月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院奉天门诊就诊的骨性Ⅲ类错患者233例作为研究组,另选取同期收治的安氏Ⅰ类错患者239例作为对照组。所有患者均拍摄头颅侧位片,使用Winceph 8.0软件定位头颅侧位片额窦和上颌窦边界,分别测量其面积。采用SPSS 21.0统计软件对所得数据进行分析。结果研究组患者额窦和上颌窦面积均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-9.298、-9.495,均P <0.05)。研究组中男性患者额窦和上颌窦面积均大于女性患者,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-6.684、-4.183,均P <0.05)。对照组中男性患者额窦面积大于女性患者,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.426,P <0.05);而对照组不同性别患者的上颌窦面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论骨性Ⅲ类错可能会影响额窦和上颌窦的大小,不同性别骨性Ⅲ类错患者的额窦和上颌窦大小有差异。

Objective To investigate whether there is a correlation between skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion and the size of frontal sinus or maxillary sinus by measuring area of frontal sinus and maxillary sinus in lateral cephalometric radiographs.Methods Totally 233 cases of skeletal Ⅲ malocclusion were selected as experimental group,who visited Fentian Dental Clinic affiliated to Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University from August 2009 to June 2018. Totally 239 cases of class Ⅰ malocclusion during the same period were selected as control group. Cephalogram was taken for all patients. The boundary point of frontal sinus and maxillary sinus was located by Winceph 8.0 software to measure the area respectively. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0.Results Significant differences were found in the area of frontal sinus and maxillary sinus between the two groups,the area of frontal sinus and maxillary sinus in the experimental group being larger than that in the control group(the t values were-9.298 and-9.495,respectively,P <0.05). Significant differences were found on the frontal sinus and maxillary sinus area in the experimental group,and it was larger in the male than in the female(the t values were-6.684 and-4.183,respectively,P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the frontal sinus area in the control group between males and females,with the male being larger than the female(t =-4.426,P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the maxillary sinus area between different genders in the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion The skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion may affect the size of the frontal sinus and maxillary sinus. There are differences in the frontal sinus and maxillary sinus area of patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion of different genders.
