摘要
高校中有部分学生对校园集体活动不关心不参与,表现出明显的参与冷漠,这给个人、家庭、学校乃至社会都带来不良影响.产生参与冷漠的原因主要是社会缺力,参与冷漠有基础;学校缺台,参与冷漠难避免;家庭缺位,参与冷漠难改善;个人缺能,参与冷漠畅其道.如何解决大学生的参与冷漠问题,激励是一剂最好的良药.可以激发心理账户,推动自我激励;畅通家校互动,落实家庭激励;启发个人亮点,完善学校激励;营造积极环境,浸染社会激励.
Some students in colleges and universities do not care about campus cultural activities, showing obvious indifference in participation, which has a negative impact on individuals, families, schools and society. The main reasons for the apathy are as follows. First, social deficiencies basically are to blame. Second, schools provide so few stages that apathy is difficult to avoid.Third, families fail to take proper responsibilities so that the situation is hard to improve. Fourth, students' being less competent results in the prevalent phenomena. Motivation is the best key. Specific measures can be taken. Psychological urges can be stimulated to promote self-encouragement. Families can be heartened to take their roles by communication between families and schools. It is necessary to perfect the school systems to inspire personal strong points. A positive environment is created to infiltrate the social incentives.
