新工科背景下独立学院产教融合多方协同育人模式改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Multiparty Collaborative Education Mode in Independent Colleges under the Background of New Engineering

"新工科"的提出将我国高等教育的工程教育方向推向了一个新的领域,在国际大环境的影响下,在高速发展的信息时代,提出了更为深远的人才培养要求.融合行业、企业、政府、高校等多方力量共同打造新型工程人才的培养模式,融合人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等新生技术领域,为新型工科人才培养提出了更为远大的目标.本文以吉林师范大学博达学院计算机与信息科学系各专业人才培养改革入手,进行了新工科人才培养的讨论与实践,探索适合独立学院新工科人才培养之路.

The proposal of "new engineering" has pushed China’s higher education to a new field in the direction of engineering education. Under the influence of the international environment and in the high-speed development of the information age, it has put forward more profound requirements for talent training. The integration of industries, enterprises, governments, universities and other forces to jointly create a new model of engineering talent training, integration of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, Internet of things and other new technology fields, for the new engineering talent training put forward a more ambitious goal.This paper discusses and practices the cultivation of new engineering talents by starting with the reform of talents cultivation of various majors in the department of computer science and information science in boda college of jilin normal university, and explores the way suitable for the cultivation of new engineering talents in independent colleges.
