摘要 英国本科导师制度一直以高质量著称,本文首先对英国导师制度进行追根溯源,并分析了今日英国导师制度.其次,阐述了普利茅斯大学本科导师制度的规定以及特点.再次,回顾民国时期我国导师制度的施行和导师制度的现状.最后,阐释了普利茅斯大学本科导师制度与我国本科导师制度的异同及对中国本科导师制度的启示.通过普利茅斯大学所施行的本科导师制度来看中国的本科教育,促进对当代中国本科导师制度的思考与启发,从而推动中国教育的蓬勃发展. The British undergraduate tutor system has always been known for its high quality. This article is divided into four sections. First of all, it traces the source of the British tutor system and analyzes the British tutor system today. Secondly, it expounds the rules and characteristics of the undergraduate tutor system of Plymouth University. Thirdly, it reviews the implementation of the tutor system in China during the Republic of China and the current situation of the implementation of the undergraduate tutor system in China. Finally, it explains the similarities and differences between the undergraduate tutor system of Plymouth University and the undergraduate tutor system in China and the enlightenment to the Chinese undergraduate tutor system. Through the undergraduate tutor system implemented by the University of Plymouth, we can see the undergraduate education in China, promote the thinking and enlightenment of the introduction and development of the undergraduate tutor system in contemporary China, thus promoting Chinese education.
