教师资格证国考背景下师范生实践教学体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Practical Teaching System for Normal Students in the Context of National Examination of Teacher Qualification Certificate

随着教师资格证"国考"的全面实施,师范生面临的竞争压力越来越大.本文从学校、教师、学生和实践教学体系建设四个方面分析了当前师范生实践教学中存在的问题,根据"国考"的考核要求,构建了"实践导向"和"能力导向"的实践教学体系,把学科竞赛的内容、方式和方法融入到常规实践教学活动中.以学科竞赛为载体,推进实践教学改革,为师范生实践教学提供参考,以达到提高人才培养质量和师范生"国考"通过率的目的.

With the full implementation of the national examination of the teacher qualification certificate, the competitive pressure faced by normal students is growing. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of normal students from four aspects: school, teachers, students and practical teaching system construction. According to the assessment requirements of the national examination, the practical teaching system of "practice-oriented" and "capability-oriented" is constructed. Integrate the content, methods and methods of the subject competition into the regular practice teaching activities. Promote practical teaching reform with the discipline competition as the carrier to provide reference for practical teaching of normal students, so as to improve personnel training. The purpose is to improve the quality of talent training and the passing rate of the national examination.
