随着经济的发展,天津市住宅小区的数量不断增多,其名称也越来越丰富和多样化.如今,住宅小区名称已经成为消费者进行购房选择的重要影响因素.楼盘数量的增多使得开发商在名称上做文章,利用各种修辞手段对小区名称进行加工改造,使小区名称能够让人联想到不同的意义又避免了书写形式上的重复.以天津市内十个城区2000年及之后建成的天津住宅小区名称为研究对象,从韵律和辞格两个层面对住宅小区名称进行修辞学分析,探究命名时主要使用的修辞方法.

With the development of economy, the number of residential communities in Tianjin is increasing, and their names are becoming more and more abundant and diversified. Nowadays, the name of residential community has become an important factor affecting consumers' purchase choice. The increase in the number of real estates lead developers to make a fuss about the names,and use various rhetorical means to process and transform the names of communities, so that the names of communities can be reminiscent of different meanings and avoid duplication in writing forms. The paper takes the name of Tianjin residential communities built in 2000 and after as the research object, carries out rhetorical analysis from the perspective of rhythm and rhetoric, and finds out the rhetorical method mainly used in naming.
