试论“肺生血”及肺血虚证

Discussion on the Theory of “Blood Produced by Lung” and Pulmonary Blood Deficiency Syndrome

"肺生血"理论源于《黄帝内经》,认为机体的血先在肺内产生,然后通过"肺朝百脉"而循环周身,营养脏腑形体。本文从肺生血的生理基础、临床意义及肺血虚证的病变特点方面进行了系统阐述,以期为临床治疗血虚类病证提供新的思路和方法。

The theory of "blood produced by lung" is coming from Huang Di Nei Jing. And it believes that the blood is firstly produced in lung, then it cycles around the body by convergence of vessels in the lung and nourishes the body. This article discussed the physiological basis and clinical significance of the theory of "blood produced by lung" and the pathological feature of pulmonary blood deficiency syndrome in order to provide new methods and ideas for treating blood deficiency syndromes in clinic.
