消法在岭南儿科疾病中的应用

Application of Resolving Method in Pediatric Diseases in Lingnan Area

消法属中医"八法"之一,是通过消积导滞和消坚散结作用,对气、血、痰、食、水、虫等积聚凝结之邪渐消缓散的一种治法。岭南地区炎热潮湿,加之岭南儿童的生理和病理特性有其独特性,脏腑气机失调,气滞、痰浊、食积、血瘀应之而发,故治疗岭南儿科疾病用消法中的理气、化痰、消导、祛瘀之法,可消散痰浊瘀滞食积,使邪去病退。

Resolving method is one of the eight methods of TCM, which is a kind of treatment method that gradually dissipates the accumulated pathogenesis of qi, blood, phlegm, food, water, insect and so on by eliminating accumulation and stagnation. Lingnan area is hot and humid, and the physiological and pathological characteristics of children in this area have their own characteristics, such as imbalanced qi in organs, qi stagnation, phlegm turbidity,indigestion, and blood stasis. Therefore, the methods of regulating qi, resolving phlegm, removing blood stasis and dissipating indigestion can treat phlegm turbidity, stagnation and indigestion of pediatric diseases in Lingnan area, and finally eliminate pathogenic factors.
