阳江市中医医院2014-2017年补虚类中药饮片及中药颗粒使用情况分析

Usage Analysis on TCM Decoction Pieces and Granules of Tonifying Deficiency in TCM Hospital of Yangjiang from 2014 to 2017

目的对阳江市中医医院(以下简称"本院")2014-2017年补虚类中药饮片及中药颗粒应用情况进行回顾性分析,为保障临床合理用药和制订采购计划提供依据。方法运用Excel2013软件对本院2014-2017年补虚类中药饮片及中药颗粒用量、销售金额进行筛选分类、统计分析、排名。结果本院2014-2017年补虚类中药占全院中药比例较大,用量及销售金额呈上升趋势,补虚类中药颗粒年使用量、销售额均呈不断增长趋势;中药饮片基本稳定。四季用量、使用量排名前10位品种基本稳定,在补虚药四大亚类中,补气类品种使用量最大,补血药次之,但销售金额排名前10位品种波动较大。结论本院补虚类中药饮片应用情况与本院临床实际相符,且形成一定特色,可为指导临床合理用药,定制采购计划、储备饮片提供合理而有效的依据。

Objective To provide references for rational clinical medication and customized purchasing plan through retrospective analysis on the application of TCM decoction pieces and granules of tonifying deficiency in TCM Hospital of Yangjiang(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") from 2014 to 2017. Methods Excel2013 statistical software was used to screen, analyze and rank the dosage and sales amount of TCM decoction pieces and granules of tonifying deficiency from 2014–2017 in our hospital. Results During 2014–2017, TCM for tonifying deficiency had a large proportion in our hospital. The dosage and sales amount of tonifying deficiency were on the rising. The annual usage and sales of TCM granules of tonifying deficiency were showing a growing trend, and TCM decoction pieces were basically stable. The top ten varieties in terms of dosage were basically stable, and the use of medicine for tonifying qi had the largest proportion, followed by medicine for tonifying blood, but the top ten varieties of sales amount fluctuated greatly. Conclusion The application of TCM decoction pieces of tonifying deficiency is consistent with the clinical practice of our hospital, and has formed certain characteristics, which can provide reasonable and effective references for guiding clinical medication, customizing purchasing plan and reserving TCM decoction pieces.
