The implementation of integrated river basin management is conducive to accelerating the achievement of ecological civilization and improving the capacity of water security,and it also provides a broad space for exploring public-private partnership in construction of public welfare projects.The status quo,characteristics,patterns and problems of participation of social capital in the integrated river basin management are summarized.The relevant suggestions for the existing urgent problems are proposed.
