摘要
优良的种公羊对羊群的遗传改良起着极其重要的作用。本研究利用新疆畜牧科学院科创畜牧繁育中心2009—2016年的705条采精记录,应用SAS8.1软件的最小二乘方差分析法对影响中国美利奴羊和萨福克羊精液品质的三个因素(精液量、精子活力、精子密度)进行分析,为提高种公羊精液品质以及精液的利用率提供理论依据。结果表明:品种对种公羊的精子活力、精子密度存在极显著影响(P<0.01),对精液量存在显著影响(P<0.05);采精年份对种公羊的精液量和精子活力存在极显著影响(P<0.01),而对精子密度没有影响;采精月份对种公羊的精液量、精子活力存在显著影响(P<0.05),而对精子密度没有影响。
An excellent ram plays an extremely important role in the genetic improvement of the flock. In this study, a total of 705 semen collection records of the KeChuang Breeding Center of Xinjiang Academy of Animal Sciences from 2009 to 2016 were used to analyze the three factors (semen volume, sperm motility, sperm density) affecting the semen quality of Chinese Merino and Suffolk sheep by the least square analysis of variance with SAS 8.1 software and provided theoretical basis for improving semen quality and semen utilization rate of breeding rams. The results showed that the species had extremely significant effect on the sperm motility and sperm density of the rams ( P <0.01), and had significant effect on semen volume ( P <0.05). Semen collection year had extremely significant effect on the semen volume and sperm motility of the rams ( P < 0.01), but had no effect on sperm density. The semen collection month had significant effect on the semen volume and sperm motility of the rams ( P <0.05), but had no effect on sperm density.
