摘要
企业创新能力是企业持续发展的主要动力,也是提高企业竞争力的关键性因素.本文通过对文献的理论研究和社会调研,根据企业创新绩效水平的要求,着重对创新绩效指标在投入、研发、智造、产出、管理等5个方面进行研究,确定企业创新绩效指标,并基于层次分析法(AHP)得出创新绩效指标的综合权重.
Enterprise innovation ability is the main driving force for sustainable development of enterprises,and also the key factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the theoretical research and social investigation of literature,according to the requirement of enterprise innovation performance level,this paper focuses on the research of inno’vation performance indicators in five aspects:investment,R&D,intelligent manufacturing,output and management,determines the enterprise innovation performance indicators,and based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)the comprehensive weight of innovation performance indicators.
