提升青年教师儿童口腔医学教学能力的探讨——以广西医科大学儿童口腔医学教研室为例

Research on improving young teachers’ ability in teaching pediatric dentistry——Taking the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of Guangxi Medical University as an example

儿童口腔医学是一门专业性、应用性极强的学科。青年教师在讲授本课程时需要具备深厚的理论基础以及熟练运用教学方式。本文以广西医科大学儿童口腔医学教研室为例,深入分析青年教师的特点,总结经验,对如何提升青年教师在儿童口腔医学方面的教学能力提出几点看法。

Pediatric dentistry is a subject with high speciality and applicability. Young teachers should have a deep theoretical foundation and be proficient in teaching methods when teaching this course. In this paper,we took Department of Pediatric Dentistry of Guangxi Medical University as an example,analyzed the characteristics of young teachers,summarized experience and put forward some opinions on how to improve the ability of young teachers in teaching pediatric dentistry.
