卡泊三醇软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病实践思考60例

Practical thinking of 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris treated with captopril ointment and mometasone furoate cream

目的:于寻常型银屑病患者中联合应用卡泊三醇软膏与糠酸莫米松乳膏实施治疗,分析其疗效。方法:收治寻常型银屑病患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例,对照组单独应用糠酸莫米松乳膏实施治疗,观察组在应用糠酸莫米松乳膏的基础上应用卡泊三醇软膏。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于寻常型银屑病患者中联合应用卡泊三醇软膏与糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗的效果显著,有效改善了患者的临床症状。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of captopril ointment and mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate cream alone,while the observation group was treated with captopril ointment on the basis of mometasone furoate cream.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of captopril ointment and mometasone furoate ointment is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
