摘要
目的:探讨健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎患者的护理效果。方法:收治盆腔炎患者180例,随机分为两组,各90例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用健康教育护理干预,比较两组患者的健康知识掌握率、护理满意率、生活质量。结果:观察组在疾病知识、个人卫生、日常保健、遵医行为等掌握率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在护理态度、护理操作技能、护理时效性、护理责任心等满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后情感功能、躯体疼痛、精神状态等生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎患者的护理效果显著,能有效提升健康知识掌握率,提高护理满意率,改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education nursing intervention on patients with pelvic inflammation.Methods: 180 patients with pelvic inflammation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given health education nursing intervention.The mastery rate of health knowledge, satisfaction rate of nursing and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The mastery rate of disease knowledge, personal hygiene,daily health care and compliance behavior in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing attitude,nursing operation skills, nursing timeliness and nursing responsibility in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotional function,physical pain and mental state in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Health education nursing intervention has significant effect on pelvic inflammation patients.It can effectively improve the mastery rate of health knowledge,the nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life.
