小儿护理工作中肢体语言沟通的临床应用分析

Analysis of the clinical application of body language communication in pediatric nursing

目的:对小儿护理工作中肢体语言沟通的临床应用进行探究分析。方法:收治住院患儿100例分为两组,各50例。对照组行传统的常规护理,试验组采用肢体语言沟通技巧进行护理工作,比较护理一段时间后,患儿的依从率情况,以便对肢体语言沟通的临床应用效果进行总结。结果:试验组护理后依从率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿护理工作而言,在临床护理过程中采用肢体语言沟通技巧比传统的临床服务更加有效,患儿的依从率较高。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application of body language communication in pediatric nursing. Methods:100 hospitalized children were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional routine nursing,while the experimental group used limb language communication skills to carry out nursing work.We compared the compliance rate of children after a period of nursing,in order to summarize the clinical application effect of limb language communication.Results:The compliance rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For pediatric nursing work,the use of body language communication skills in clinical nursing process is more effective than traditional clinical services,and the compliance rate of children is higher.
