《伤寒论》炙甘草汤对窦性心动过缓患者的疗效观察

Effect of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and Zhigancao Decoction on Patients with Sinus Bradycardia

目的探讨《伤寒论》炙甘草汤对窦性心动过缓患者的疗效.方法选取2017年1月至2018年在辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院中医内科就诊的80例窦性心动过缓患者,水解分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取阿托品30 mg日2次治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用炙甘草汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率.结果试验组临床有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为87.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论炙甘草汤治疗窦性心动过缓,其临床疗效显著,值得在临床推广.

Objective To explore the curative effect of Zhigancao decoction on sinus bradycardia. Methods From January 2017 to 2018 in liaoning university of Chinese medicine in the third affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine clinic of 80 patients with sinus bradycardia, hydrolysis was divided into experimental group and the control group, the control group, 40 cases treated with atropine 30 mg/day twice, on the basis of the experimental group 40 cases in the control group using Zhigancao decoction, compared two groups of patients with clinical effectiveness. Results The effective rate was 95.0% in the experimental group, 87.5% in the control group, and the experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of sinus bradycardia is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
