躁狂抑郁症护理中临床路径的应用分析

Application Analysis of Clinical Pathway in Manic Depression Care

目的探讨躁狂抑郁症护理中临床路径的应用意义.方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在辽宁省兴城市复员军人康宁医院七病区就诊的30例躁狂抑郁症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组15例,采取普通护理措施,试验组15例在对照组的基础上使用临床路径护理措施,比较两组患者护理前后HAMA评分和HAMD评分情况.结果护理前两组患者观察指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后试验组观察指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对躁狂抑郁症患者采取临床路径护理措施,其临床效果显著,值得推广.

Objective To explore the significance of clinical pathway in manic-depressive nursing. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in liaoning xingcheng recovery soldiers kangning hospital seven units of 30 patients with manic depression, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group, 15 cases normal nursing measures, the experimental group 15 cases in the control group on the basis of using clinical pathway nursing measures, HAMA scores before and after comparing two groups of patient care and HAMD scores. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05), and the observation indexes of the post-nursing test group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway nursing measures for manic-depressive patients are significant and worthy of promotion.
