摘要
目的探讨睑板腺按摩与睑板腺疏通治疗青年睑板腺功能异常干眼症患者的临床效果.方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的青年睑板腺功能异常干眼症患者96例,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=48)接受聚乙烯醇滴眼液滴眼治疗,观察组(n=48)在聚乙烯醇滴眼液滴眼治疗的基础上接受睑板腺按摩与睑板腺疏通治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后患者睑板腺功能(基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间)和睑板腺评分以及临床疗效.结果治疗前两组患者基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、睑板腺评分对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间明显高于对照组,睑板腺评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者临床疗效对比95.83%vs85.42%差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在常规治疗的基础上,联合使用睑板腺按摩与睑板腺疏通可有效缓解患者干眼症状,并提高临床疗效,分析是两种方法联合使用可促进睑板腺口有效疏通,提高泪膜稳定性,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of meibomian gland massage and meibomian gland dredging in the treatment of young patients with dry eye with meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods 96 young patients with dry eye with meibomian gland dysfunction admitted to our hospital (January 2016-January 2018) were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group (n=48) was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops, and the observation group (n=48) was treated with meibomian gland massage and meibomian gland dredging on the basis of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops. Meibomian gland function (basic tear secretion test, tear film rupture time) and meibomian gland score as well as clinical efficacy in patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the basal tear secretion test, tear film rupture time and tarsal gland score between the two groups (P >0.05);after treatment, the basal tear secretion test and tear film rupture time of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the tarsal gland score was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different (95.83% vs 85.42%, P< 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, combined use of tarsal gland massage and tarsal gland dredging can effectively alleviate dry eye symptoms and improve clinical efficacy. It is analyzed that the combination of the two methods can promote effective dredging of tarsal gland orifice and improve tear film stability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
