摘要
目的探讨急性胰腺炎患者的护理健康教育方法.方法选入我院2016年4月至2018年3月90例急性胰腺炎患者,数字表法分组,常规护理组用常规护理,护理健康教育方法组用护理健康教育方法.比较两组满意程度;急性胰腺炎病因机制认知、临床表现和症状认知、常见并发症认知、复发预防认知;护理前后自我监测能力、定期复查、遵医行为;腹部疼痛缓解时间.结果护理健康教育方法组满意程度、自我监测能力、定期复查、遵医行为、急性胰腺炎病因机制认知、临床表现和症状认知、常见并发症认知、复发预防认知、腹部疼痛缓解时间方面相比常规护理组更有优势,P<0.05.结论急性胰腺炎患者实施护理健康教育方法效果确切.
Objective To explore the nursing health education methods for patients with acute pancreatitis. Method 90 patients with acute pancreatitis were enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018. The digital table method was divided into groups. The routine nursing group used routine nursing and the nursing health education method group used nursing health education methods. The satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared;the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis, cognition, clinical manifestations and symptom cognition, common complications cognition, recurrence prevention cognition;self-monitoring ability before and after nursing, regular review, compliance with medical behavior;abdominal pain relief time. Result Nursing health education method group satisfaction level, self-monitoring ability, regular review, compliance behavior, acute pancreatitis etiological mechanism cognition, clinical manifestations and symptom cognition, common complications cognition, recurrence prevention cognition, abdominal pain relief time It is more advantageous than the conventional care group, P< 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of nursing health education methods in patients with acute pancreatitis is effective.
