无张力疝气修补术联合中药汤剂治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果评价被引量：1

摘要目的分析与评价无张力疝气修补术(TFH)联合中药汤剂治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果.方法选择本院于2014年12月至2017年12月间收治的188例腹股沟疝患者为研究主体.划分为A组和B组,均是94例.A组给予TFH联合中药汤剂治疗,B组给予TFH单纯治疗.对比治疗相关指标、并发症与复发情况.结果 A组的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、抗生素使用时间和住院时间等治疗指标均优于B组,对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组的并发症发生率为2.13%,复发率为3.19%,B组分别为9.57%和12.77%,对比有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论为腹股沟疝患者行TFH联合中药汤剂治疗可显著改善其治疗指标,减少并发症与复发等不良情况,可推广.
