甲醇制烯烃催化剂SAPO-34合成方法的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 SAPO-34分子筛因其特殊的菱形沸石(CHA)8元环孔道结构,以及其物理化学性质在MTO中对乙烯、丙烯具有很高的选择性。而合成方法、原料、工艺等诸多条件因素都影响着SAPO-34分子筛的孔道结构特征、比表面积大小、结晶程度和反应性能。本文综述了水热合成法、声波化学法、液相晶化法、气相转移法及微波辐射法的合成特点及对分子筛结构、晶相等方面的影响。目前,分子筛在工业生产中易出现积炭、再生性能差且寿命短等问题,因而在合成研究中,综合各种方法优缺点,开发研究出一种简单易行、性能稳定且成本低廉的合成工艺是分子筛研究的重点方向。 SAPO-34 molecular sieve has high selectivity for ethylene and propylene in methanol to olefin (MTO) due to its special 8-element ring pore structure of rhombolite zeolite(CHA) and its physicochemical properties.The synthesis method,raw materials, technological conditions and other factors have certain influence on the pore structure, specific surface area, crystallinity and reaction performance of SAPO-34 molecular sieve. In view of the synthesis for SAPO-34, this paper summarizes the synthesis characteristics of hydrothermal synthesis, acoustic chemistry, liquid phase crystallization, gas phase transfer and microwave radiation, and their influences on the structure and crystalline phase for the molecular sieve. At present, problems such as carbon deposition, poor regeneration performance and short life are easy to occur in the industrial production of molecular sieves, so in the synthesis research, combining the advantages and disadvantages of various methods to develop a simple, stable performance and low cost synthesis process is the key direction of molecular sieves research.
