敌草隆生产过程中甲苯分离技术改造及应用

摘要 敌草隆以甲苯为溶剂,经过通光、酯化、脱光、结晶、干燥、分离等工序进行生产。在生产工艺过程中,甲苯作为主要的尾气之一,在尾气回收工序中三级光甲液吸收阶段通过冷凝回收了部分甲苯,但在四级氯化氢吸收阶段还是会有少量甲苯液体产生随吸收液在系统中循环。在现有生产装置中设计甲苯分离器,经过工艺改造,实现甲苯的全部分离和回收,消除存在的安全隐患,提高吸收液的品质,提高企业经济效益。 Diuron with toluene as the solvent is produced through such processes as photometry,esterification,decolorization,crystallizatiion,drying and separation.In the process of production, toluene is one of the main exhaust gas. In the exhaust gas recovery process, part of toluene is recovered by condensation in the absorption stage of the tertiary varnish solution, but in the absorption stage of the quaternary hydrogen chloride, a small amount of toluene liquid is produced and circulates in the system with the absorption liquid.Toluene separator is designed in the existing production device. Through technological transformation, all toluene separation and recovery are realized to eliminate the potential safety hazards, improve the quality of absorbent and promote the beneficial efficiency in enterprises.
