探讨全自动粪便分析仪在粪便检验中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨全自动粪便分析仪在粪便检验中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年2月~2018年2月本院进行粪便检验的患者110例作为研究对象。评价全自动粪便分析仪性能,由本院检验科专业检测人员采用"全自动粪便检测仪"和"直接涂片镜检法"对同一标本进行检测,评价全自动粪便检测仪检验准确度。结果:全自动粪便分析仪隐血试验检出上下限符合厂家声明,形态学镜检检出率为100.00%。回收率高、仪器检测未携带污染。检测RBC的敏感性为81.82%、特异性为96.97%。检测WBC的敏感性为为75.00%、特异性为97.06%。检测寄生虫的敏感性为为80.00%、特异性为98.10%。结论:全自动粪便分析仪进行粪便检验时操作简单、性能良好、准确率与手工镜检一致性良好。
