职业教育是推进城镇化进程中的农民工现实诉求问题。从研究农民工职业教育存在的问题入手,探究了职业教育现实诉求,对推进城乡职教一体化发展提出对策建议,以期为新时期农民工职业教育培训提供借鉴参考。

Vocational education is an important way to solve the practical demands of migrant workers in the process of urbanization. This study starts from the study of the problems existing in the vocational education of migrant workers, explores the practical appeal of vocational education, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the integrated development of urban and rural vocational education, so as to provide reference for the vocational education and training of migrant workers in the new era.
