论大学英语课程服务专业人才培养的路径

Discussion on Ways of College English Course Serving Professionals’ Cultivation

随着我国国际化发展的不断深入,市场对“外语+专业”的复合型国际化人才的需求日益增加。作为高职院校课程体系中不可或缺的一部分,大学英语课程在学生专业学习和专业发展上发挥着重要的作用。但目前,大学英语课程在课程目标、教材体系、师资队伍和评价体系上仍存在诸多问题。因此,高职院校要重构大学英语课程教学目标,精准对接服务专业人才培养;重构大学英语教材体系,注重教材内容与专业知识的结合;重构复合型师资队伍结构,充分发挥英语和其他专业的桥梁作用;重构大学英语课程评价体系,确保大学英语课程目标的实现。

With the increase of international connection, the demand of talents with great language competence and professional standards is rising. As an important part of curriculum system in higher vocational colleges, College English Course plays an important role in students' professional learning and development. However, there are still some problems existed in College English course objective, teaching material system, teaching staff and evaluation system. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should reconstruct College English objective for better serving professionals' cultivation;reconstruct College English materials for integrating them with professional knowledge;reconstruct versatile teaching staff for better playing the bridge role between English and other majors;and reconstruct College English evaluation system for ensuring the achievement of course objectives.
