摘要 继续教育是提升教师职业素养的重要举措,自主学习是中职教师继续教育的主要途径,而自主学习过程中的自我效能、元认知监控和因果性归因等因素影响学习效果。中职教师只有根据自身学习特点,科学设定学习目标,采用灵活的学习策略和积极的自我评价,借助于外部良好的环境支持,才能更好的完成学习任务,不断提升自身的综合素养。 Continuing education is an important measure to improve teachers' professional quality and autonomous learning is the main way of continuing education for secondary vocational teachers. Self-efficacy, metacognitive monitoring and causal attribution in the process of autonomous learning affect the learning effect. Only by setting learning goals scientifically according to their own learning characteristics, adopting flexible learning strategies and positive self-evaluation, and relying on good external environment support can secondary vocational teachers better complete learning tasks and constantly improve their comprehensive quality.
