Rising unilateralism and protectionism is giving rise to increasing risks and uncertainties faced by the world economy. However, adherence to globalization is still the consensus reached by the international community. Most nations cherish the hope to maintain unity and cooperation, strengthen macro-policy coordination, and achieve high-quality development of their national economy and that of the whole world by promoting structural overhaul and pushing innovation-driven growth. With heightened openness and enhanced cooperation, China poises to bring benefit to countries across the globe, and fuels strong, sustainable, balanced, and inclusive growth of the world economy.
