摘要
借助层次分析法,建立层次结构模型得到指标权重,再借助模糊数学,将各个指标进行量化构建评价模型。旨在运用层次分析法与模糊评价相结合的方法,对高校招投标管理工作进行科学分析与评估,使得招投标管理工作更加科学与规范,效率更高,进而更好地保障高校教学和科研工作的进行。
The analytic hierarchy process is used to build the hierarchical model to gain weight value. And evaluation model is built by the quantitative index based fuzzy logic. It is aimed at analyzing and evaluating the college bidding management through combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy evaluation. The normalization and high-level efficiency of college bidding management can be achieved, there by guaranteeing scientific research and teaching reform.
