高校图书馆资源共享从运营机制上充分注意到资源共享与资源整合的逻辑互动关系,切实处理好资源整合的基础作用,形成沟通信任、利益平衡、激励驱动和规范约束等4种资源共享机制,以及组织协调、互动多赢、系统运作和标准化等4种资源整合机制,从而取得了图书馆资源充分利用的良好效果,也为高校资源利用提供了有益的借鉴。

In terms of operation mechanism,university library resource sharing fully pays attention to the logical interaction between resource sharing and resource integration,effectively handles the basic role of resource integration,and forms four resource sharing mechanisms,such as communication & trust,benefit balance,incentive drive and normative constraint,as well as four resource integration mechanisms,such as organization coordination,interaction & win-win,system operation and standardization,have achieved good results in the utilization of library resources and provided useful reference for the utilization of university resources.
