影响艾滋病患者服用抗病毒药物治疗影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Treatment of AIDS Patients Taking Antiviral Drugs

目的探讨分析影响艾滋病患者服用抗病毒药物治疗影响因素。方法方便选取2017年2—9月接受管理的依从性高低共500例艾滋病患者为研究对象,采用问卷的方式进行调查分析,通过比较高依从性与低依从性患者之间各调查指标之间的差异,分析影响艾滋病患者服用抗病毒药物治疗的相关因素。结果该组调查的500例艾滋病患者中,有效问卷494份,有效回收率为98.80%,其中高依从性患者223例(45.14%),低依从性患者271例(54.86%)。高依从性组患者的文化程度(χ^2=18.696,P=0.000)、经济月收入(χ^2=25.866,P=0.000)、接受健康教育(χ^2=47.331,P=0.000)、有提醒服药方法(χ^2=17.827,P=0.000)的比例明显高于低依从性组,焦虑(χ^2=12.846,P=0.005)、抑郁(χ^2=8.068,P=0.045)的程度明显低于低依从性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文化程度、经济收入、健康教育、提醒服药方法、心理状态是影响艾滋病患者服用抗病毒药物治疗的主要因素,应当广泛深入的开展艾滋病防控、治疗及规范服药知识的健康教育,指导患者及亲属制定适宜的提醒服药方法,积极的开展心理护理干预,从而提高治疗依从性与临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the factors influencing the treatment of AIDS patients taking antiviral drugs. Methods A total of 500 AIDS patients who underwent management from February to September 2017 were convenient selected as the study subjects. The questionnaires were used to analyze the results between the high compliance and low compliance patients. Analysis of factors affecting the treatment of AIDS patients taking antiviral drugs was implemented. Results Among the 500 AIDS patients surveyed in this group, 494 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 98.8%, including 223 cases (45.14%) with high compliance and 271 cases (54.86%) with low compliance. The degree of education of patients in the high compliance group (χ^2=18.696, P=0.000), economic monthly income (χ^2=25.866, P=0.000), health education (χ^2=47.331, P=0.000), reminder medication method (χ^2=17.827, P=0.000) was significantly higher than that of the low compliance group. The degree of anxiety (χ^2=12.846, P=0.005) and depression (χ^2=8.068, P=0.045) was significantly lower than that of the low compliance group. Statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The degree of education, economic income, health education, reminding medication and psychological state are the main factors affecting the treatment of AIDS patients with antiviral drugs. Health education on AIDS prevention, treatment, treatment and standardized medication should be widely carried out to guide patients and relatives develop appropriate reminder medication methods and actively carry out psychological nursing interventions to improve treatment compliance and clinical treatment.
