比较不同种类固定矫治器在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果

Comparison of the Effects of Different Types of Fixed Appliances in Orthodontic Treatment

目的对不同种类固定矫治器在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果进行比较。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的96例口腔正畸患者进行研究,分为对照组和研究组两组,对照组实施方丝弓固定矫治器治疗,研究组实施直丝弓固定矫治器治疗。对两组患者治疗半年后的脱矿程度分级、牙周组织情况、龈沟液成分、外观满意度、佩戴舒适度、维持效果等进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者GI、PI、CI、ALP、AST、PS、尖牙牙弓宽度、磨牙牙弓宽度、Little指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组脱矿程度分级0级36例、Ⅰ级9例、Ⅱ级3例、Ⅲ级0例明显优于对照组脱矿程度分级0级22例、Ⅰ级14例、Ⅱ级7例、Ⅲ级5例(χ^2=17.790、2.980、3.719、10.993,P<0.05),研究组外观满意度及佩戴舒适度97.92%、95.83%明显优于对照组外观满意度及佩戴舒适度75.00%、70.83%(χ^2=22.437,P=0.000,χ^2=22.496,P=0.000,P<0.05),同样研究组的GI、PI、CI、ALP、AST、PS、尖牙牙弓宽度、磨牙牙弓宽度、Little指数也显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸患者采用直丝弓矫治器治疗效果较好,可对患者的牙周环境进行改善,同时也可为牙齿排列的外观美感提供保证。

Objective To compare the effects of different types of fixed appliances in orthodontic treatment. Methods Conveniently selected 96 cases of orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups: the control group and the study group. The control group was treated with a square wire arching appliance and the study group adopted fixed appliance orthodontic treatment. The demineralization grade, periodontal tissue, gingival crevicular fluid composition, appearance satisfaction, wearing comfort, and maintenance effect were compared between the two groups of patients after half a year of treatment. Results There were no statistically significantt differences in GI, PI, CI, ALP, AST, PS, cusp width, molar arch width and Little index between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the demineralization degree of the study group was grade 0 of 36 cases, 9 cases of grade Ⅰ, 3 cases of grade Ⅱ, and 0 cases of grade Ⅲ were significantly better than those of the control group of grade 0 of 22 cases, 14 was grade Ⅰ, 7 was grade Ⅱ, and 5 were grade Ⅲ(χ^2=17.790, 2.980, 3.719, 10.993, P<0.05). Satisfaction degree and wearing comfort of the study group were 97.92%, 95.83%, significantly better than the control group's appearance satisfaction and wearing comfort 75.00%, 70.63%(χ^2=22.437, P=0.000,χ^2=22.496, P=0.000, P<0.05). The GI, PI, CI, ALP, AST, PS, ulnar arch width, molar arch width and Little index of the study group were also significantly better than the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The orthodontic treatment of patients with orthodontic treatment is better, which can improve the periodontal environment of patients and ensure the aesthetic appearance of teeth arrangement.
