摘要
岸桥作为港口搬运集装箱的关键设备,实现岸桥轻量化设计是保证其节能减排的关键途径。以某港口岸桥为研究对象,在搭建其有限元分析模型基础上,对关键部件尺寸厚度进行优化,并对优化岸桥强度、刚度以及模态频率、疲劳寿命进行校核,最后可知,优化设计后的岸桥不仅实现了轻量化设计,且性能满足实际生产的需求。
