Research on Location Model of Maintenance and Maintenance Institutions for High-speed Railway Infrastructure

高速铁路基础设施维修机构对于铁路各项设施保持良好运行状态具有重要意义。在考虑建设成本、运营成本以及职工生活便利性情况下,建立了基础设施养护维修机构选址模型目标优化函数和约束条件,并以南昌至景德镇至黄山铁路为例,对模型进行了求解;提出的选址模型及应用方法,能够很好地为维修机构选址决策提供参考。

The high-speed railway infrastructure maintenance organization is of great significance for maintaining good operating conditions of railway facilities. Considering the construction cost, operation cost and staff’s convenience, the target optimization function and constraints of the infrastructure maintenance and maintenance organization location model are established. The model is solved by taking the Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan railway as an example. The location model and application method can provide a good reference for the location decision of the maintenance organization.
