摘要
土压平衡式盾构机的渣土、管片等物料运输主要采用窄轨工矿电机车。基于此,首先分析了电机车牵引编组运输系统在长距离隧道使用出现脱轨原因;其次,结合工程实际,提出了地铁隧道电机车运输防脱轨的管理措施和技术措施,提高电机车运输和盾构法施工效率,为类似工程提供参考依据。
Narrow-rail industrial and mining electric locomotives are mainly used for the transportation of materials such as slag and pipe sheets of earth pressure balance shield machine. Based on this, the reasons for the derailment of the long-distance tunnel use of the electric vehicle traction group transportation system are analyzed firstly. Secondly, combined with the engineering practice, the management measures and technical measures for the anti-derailment of the subway tunnel motor vehicle transportation are proposed to improve the motor vehicle transportation and shield structure. Method construction efficiency provides a reference for similar projects.
