摘要 搅拌器振动影响搅拌设备的使用寿命,所以针对某框式搅拌器,通过LMS TEST.Lab振动测试系统,测量固定状态下框式搅拌器的振动特性;同时,采用有限元法,计算单端固支、预应力和湿模态下固有频率。模态分析结果说明,单端固支下的模拟和实验测试结果基本吻合;流固耦合作用力几乎不影响框式搅拌器的固有频率和固有振型;水的阻尼降低框式搅拌器的固有频率为框式搅拌器实际工程应用和结构改进提供了方法依据。 The vibration of the stirrer affects the service life of the mixing equipment. Therefore, the vibration characteristics of the frame stirrer in the fixed state are measured by the LMS TEST.Lab vibration test system for a frame stirrer. At the same time, the finite element method is used to calculate the singleend solid. Natural frequency under branch, prestress and wet mode. The results of modal analysis show that the simulation and experimental test results under single-ended solid support are basically consistent;the fluid-solid coupling force hardly affects the natural frequency and natural vibration mode of the frame stirrer;the damping of water reduces the inherentity of the frame stirrer. The frequency provides a method basis for the practical engineering application and structural improvement of the frame stirrer.
