摘要
为了解决传统岸边集装箱起重机换绳工艺容易加剧新钢丝绳磨损、腐蚀以及原有换绳工艺效率低、安全系数低等问题,在分析钢丝绳换绳标准和原换绳工艺存在问题基础上,提出将放绳机、卷绳机以及钢丝绳卷盘应用于原钢丝绳换绳工艺中的方案,该方案有效降低了劳动强度,提升了钢丝绳换绳效率和人身安全,为进一步提升岸边集装箱起重机工作效率奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional shore container crane rope changing process is easy to aggravate the wear and corrosion of the new steel wire rope and the low efficiency and low safety factor of the original rope changing process, based on the analysis of the wire rope replacement standard and the original rope changing process, The roperemoving machine, the rope-reeling machine and the wire rope reel are applied to the original steel wire rope changing process.The program effectively reduces the labor intensity, and improves the rope rope conversion efficiency and personal safety, which lays a solid foundation for further improving the working efficiency of the shore container crane.
