不同等级医院护士循证护理能力的现状调查 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨不同等级医院护士循证护理能力现状,并进行分析和比较。方法:采用循证护理能力评定量表,对上海市13家不同等级医院的1036名护士进行问卷调查。结果:一级医院护士和二级医院护士循证护理能力的原始得分分别为(50.21±9.474)分、(50.56±10.724)分,低于三级医院护士的(52.30±12.070)分(F=3.575,P=0.028)。一级医院护士和二级医院护士在证据传播、评估及应用能力上的原始得分分别为(25.30±5.540)分、(25.58±5.435)分,低于三级医院护士的(26.58±6.639)分(F=4.266,P=0.014)。结论:不同等级医院护士的循证护理能力总体处于较低水平,建议今后应侧重通过循证护理培训提升护士的证据传播、评估及应用能力,特别是一级医院和二级医院护士。 Objective: To describe the current status of evidence-based nursing ability of nurses in different grades of hospitals. Methods: A total of 1 036 nurses from 13 different level hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed using the Evidence-based Nursing Competency Rating Scale. Results: The original score of nurses’ evidence-based nursing competence in primary hospitals and secondary hospitals were (50.21±9.474) and (50.56±10.724), which were significantly lower than that ( 52.30± 12.070) for nurses in tertiary hospitals ( F =3.575, P =0.028). The original score of nurses’ evidence transfer, situation assessment and evidence implementation competence in primary hospitals and secondary hospitals were (25.30± 5.540 ) and (25.58±5.435), which were significantly lower than that (26.58±6.639) for nurses in tertiary hospitals ( F = 4.266 , P =0.014). Conclusions: The evidence-based nursing competence among nurses in different level hospitals is generally at a low level. It is suggested that the evidence-based nursing education should be put emphasis on improving the evidence transfer, situation assessment, and evidence implementation competence of nurses in the future, especially for nurses in primary and secondary hospitals.
