窖蛋白1在肿瘤免疫及肿瘤耐药中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 窖蛋白1(CAV-1)为细胞窖(Caveolae)的标志蛋白,参与了细胞内吞、信号传导、脂质代谢、免疫反应、肿瘤发生及发展等多种生理及病理过程。肿瘤严重威胁人类健康,虽然目前肿瘤的治疗方法多样,治疗后缓解率大幅度上升,但仍有部分患者对治疗不敏感以及缓解后复发产生耐药。肿瘤耐药的机制多样,参与耐药发生的因素复杂导致耐药后缺乏良好的逆转耐药方案。而肿瘤细胞诱导的免疫抑制在肿瘤的发生及耐药中也起着重要作用。研究表明,CAV1在肿瘤免疫及肿瘤耐药过程中发挥重要作用,文中就近年来CAV-1在肿瘤免疫及肿瘤细胞耐药过程中的作用进行综述。 Caveolin-1 is a marker protein of Caveolae,participated in a variety of physiological and pathological processes such as endocytosis,signal transduction,lipid metabolism,immune response,tumorigenesis and development.Tumors pose a serious threat to human health,although the current treatment methods for tumors are diverse and the remission rate after treatment has increased significantly,some patients are still insensitive to treatment and relapse after remission.The mechanisms of tumor resistance are diverse,and the factors involved in drug resistance are complicated,resulting in a lack of good reversal of drug resistance after drug resistance.Tumor cell-induced immunosuppression also plays an important role.Related studies have shown that CAV1 play important roles in tumor immunology and tumor resistance.In this paper,the role of CAV-1 in tumor immunology and tumor cell resistance is reviewed.
