摘要
提升物流业技术效率,是转变经济增长方式、实现物流业可持续发展的途径之一。为促进我国物流业良好发展,通过阐述我国物流业效率的研究现状,考虑能源消耗及环境影响,构建物流业技术效率评价指标体系,基于三阶段DEA方法建立物流业技术效率评价模型,以我国2003-2015年30个省级行政区物流业技术效率评价为例,验证评价模型的有效性。针对评价结果提出强化行业整合、发挥供应链协同效应、提升物流业信息化水平等促进我国物流业技术效率提升的对策,对我国物流业良好发展起到积极的促进作用。
Improving the technical efficiency of logistics industry is one of the ways to change the mode of economic growth and realize the sustainable development of logistics industry. To promote the good development of China’s logistics industry, this paper elaborates the research status of China’s logistics industry efficiency, considers energy consumption and environmental impact,establishes an evaluation index system of logistics industry technical efficiency and an evaluation model of logistics industry technical efficiency based on three-stage DEA method. Taking the technical efficiency evaluation of logistics industry in 30 provincial administrative regions of China from 2003 to 2015 as an example, this paper verifies the validity of the evaluation model. According to the evaluation results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen industry integration, bring into play the synergistic effect of supply chain and improve the informatization level and improve the technical efficiency of logistics industry, which will play a positive role in promoting the good development of logistics industry in China.
