摘要 东莞东站为多方向车站,站场规模大、接发列车及调车作业繁忙,存在误操作进路信号的可能,CTC3.0系统的应用从设备层面保证了进路及信号的正确性。为更好地发挥CTC3.0系统的作用,在阐述东莞东站现状的基础上,结合东莞东站CTC3.0系统的应用实践,提出东莞东站CTC3.0系统应用优化,即:列车调车冲突检查优化、调车作业管理功能升级优化、站台助理值班员及客运作业终端设备增设等,从根本上杜绝因作业人员人工操作不当引起的安全风险,增强保障运输生产安全的能力,为CTC3.0系统的推广和使用提供经验借鉴。 In Dongguan East Station, trains are operated for various directions. Fault operation on route signal may be possible due the large size of the station and busy train departure, arrival and shunting operation. The application of CTC3.0 system ensures the reliability of routing and signal from the equipment level. In order to better play the role of CTC3.0, this paper elaborates the current situation of Dongguan East Station and proposes measures for the optimization of the CTC3.0 system considering the practice of CTC3.0 system application in Dongguan East Railway Station, such as train shunting conflict checking optimization, shunting operation management function upgrading and optimization;adding new equipment for platform assistant operator and passenger operator terminal, so as to fundamentally eliminate the safety risk caused by improper manual operation of operators and enhance the ability on safe operation, and provide experience for the promotion and application of CTC3.0 system.
