列车开行方案与客流适应性评价研究

A Research on Adaptability Evaluation of Train Operation Plan and Passenger Flow

列车开行方案与客流需求的适应性水平,对铁路客运服务水平的提升具有一定的影响。为提升列车开行方案与客流需求匹配程度,阐述列车开行方案与客流需求适应性特点,从总量适应性、结构适应性及质量适应性3个方面,构建列车开行方案与客流需求适应性评价体系,采用AHP-集对分析方法对列车开行方案与客流需求适应性进行量化评价。以郑西高速铁路为例,对各月份客流需求与当前列车开行方案适应性进行评价,得出列车开行方案与月份客流需求适应程度综合排序结果,提出相应的列车开行方案微调建议。研究表明,列车开行方案与7月的客流需求最为适应。

The adaptability level of train operation plan and passenger flow demand has a certain influence on the improvement of railway passenger transport service level. To improve the matching degree between train operation plan and passenger flow demand, this paper expounds the adaptability characteristics of train operation plan and passenger flow demand,constructs an evaluation system of adaptability between train operation scheme and passenger flow demand from three aspects of total adaptability, structural adaptability and quality adaptability,and quantitatively evaluates the adaptability of train operation plan and passenger flow demand using AHP-set pair analysis method. Taking Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway as an example,this paper evaluates the adaptability of passenger flow demand in each month and current train operation plan, obtains the comprehensive ranking result of the adaptability degree between train operation plan and passenger flow demand in each month, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for fine-tuning train operation scheme. The research shows that the train operation plan is the most suitable for the passenger flow demand in July.
