手法整骨复位结合中医定向透药疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效研究

Therapeutic effect of manual orthopedic reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug therapy for lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨手法整骨复位结合中医定向透药疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:收集100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统临床治疗,观察组患者则加用手法整骨复位结合中医定向透药疗法,比较两组患者JOA总分、直腿抬高角度、腰椎曲度值、总体治疗效果与相关ODI指数。结果:观察组患者治疗后JOA总分(20.45±3.70)分,组间比较显著性均高于对照组(14.62±2.87)分;治疗后直腿抬高角度(80.25±5.35)°与腰椎曲度值(1.49±0.10)cm组间比较均显著高于对照组(72.60±6.59)°,(1.27±0.09)cm;总有效率(96%)显著性高于对照组(82%);治疗后ODI指数(9.33±1.74)组间比较均显著低于对照组(15.35±2.74),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法整骨复位结合中医定向透药疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效显著,具有科学与深远的临床应用可行性。

Objective: To investigate the effect of manual orthopedic reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug therapy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional group received traditional clinical treatment. The combined group plus manual orthopedic reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug therapy. The JOA total score,straight leg elevation angle,lumbar curvature value,overall treatment effect and knee ODI index were compared between the two groups. Results: The total score of JOA (20.45±3.70) in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group (14.62±2.87). The straight leg elevation angle (80.25±5.35) and lumbar curvature after treatment (1.49±0.10) were significantly higher than the traditional group (72.60±6.59,1.27±0.09);the total effective rate (96%) was significantly higher than the traditional group (82%);the ODI index after treatment (9.33±1.74),the significance of the comparison between the groups were lower than that of the traditional group (15.35±2.74),and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Manipulative orthodontic reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective,with scientific and far-reaching clinical application feasibility.
