探究标本根结、气街四海理论在针灸临床取穴与配伍中的应用,通过对标本根结、气街四海历史源流考证,结合相关文献分析总结发现标本根结理论强调了末端穴位的重要性、扩展了按经取穴的范畴,是针刺临床上远近配穴法、特定穴临床运用规律的理论基础;气街四海理论奠定了按部取穴的理论依据,揭示了人体内脏与胸、腹部之间内外、前后相应的规律,为临床俞募配穴配穴提供了理论依据。说明标本根结、气街四海作为经络理论的重要组成部分,对针灸临床取穴与配伍具有重要指导意义。

Exploring the application of specimen roots and the theory of Qijie in the clinical acupoints and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion,through the research on the roots of specimens and the history of Qihai,combined with relevant literature analysis,it is found that the theory of specimen root knot emphasizes the importance of the terminal points. It expands the scope of acupoints according to the acupoints,and lays a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of acupoints and specific acupoints. The theory of Qijie and Sihai has laid the theoretical basis for acupoints according to the acupuncture points. It is an important part of the meridian theory,which is an important part of the clinical acupoints and compatibility of acupuncture.
