失眠,古时又称不寐,是能够严重影响人类身心健康的疾病。胡国恒教授通过长期的临床实践,借鉴温病治疗中的卫气营血理论来构建指导失眠疾病的治疗的思想体系。依据这个指导思想,胡教授将失眠的病机归纳为营卫失交、气分为病、血分失养三个方面,在其辨证上分别对应营卫证、气分证、血分证。经过长期的探索,胡国恒教授依据该治疗思想归纳出了自己治疗失眠的用药验方,使气血平和,脏腑得安,神志可宁。

Insomnia,ancient times and called not sleep,is able to seriously affect the physical and mental health of the disease.Through long-term clinical practice and referring to the theory of "wei qi ying xue" in the treatment of febrile diseases,professor Hu Guoheng constructed an ideological system to guide the treatment of insomnia.According to this guiding ideology,professor Hu classified the pathogenesis of insomnia into three aspects: yingwei syndrome,qi syndrome and blood syndrome,which correspond to yingwei syndrome,qi syndrome and blood syndrome respectively.After a long period of exploration,professor hu guoheng concluded his own prescription for treating insomnia according to the treatment idea,which made qi and blood calm,viscera safe,and mind peaceful.
