中型创伤性脑损伤前后睡眠质量临床分析

Clinical analysis of sleep quality before and after moderate traumatic brain injury

目的分析中型创伤性脑损伤前后患者的睡眠质量。方法连续入选2017年6月至2018年6月于新乡医学院第一附属医院神经外科就诊的符合纳入标准的中型创伤性脑损伤患者65例,失访2例,最终63例患者纳入本研究,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)在其伤后1个月时进行睡眠质量测评,同时通过回忆测评其受伤前1个月的睡眠质量,本次测评后于1、2周后再次测评,3次数据求其平均值后取整数,分析其是否存在睡眠质量改变。结果中型创伤性脑损伤患者受伤前后1个月的主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);伤后1个月和伤前1个月安眠药物的应用评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中型创伤性脑损伤会使患者睡眠质量下降。

Objective To analyze the sleep quality of patients with moderate traumatic brain injury before and after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,a study was performed on 65 patients with moderate traumatic brain injury who met the inclusion criteria at the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were selected. Two patients were lost to follow-up. The final 63 patients were included in the study. The sleep quality of 63 patients was evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) at one month after injury. At the same time,the sleep quality of 63 patients were evaluated by recalling the sleep quality of one month before injury. The cubic data is averaged whether there are changes in the sleep quality. Results There were significant differences in subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime function and the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index before and one month after injury in patients with moderate traumatic brain injury (all P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the application of sleeping pills ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Moderate traumatic brain injury reduces the quality of sleep in patients.
