单一饲料审核中需关注事项的探讨

多年来在对饲料厂的审核过程中,发现饲料加工企业在原材料采购、品控、添加剂、库存管理等方面出现的问题具有一定的共性,这些问题在一定程度上导致了饲料市场的各种乱象,以及伪劣的饲料产品带来的消极后果。通过对在单一饲料审核中存在的问题进行探讨,本文就单一饲料审核中需要关注的原材料采购管理、新饲料添加剂的规范使用、质控方案、库存原料质量监控等几个方面问题进行探讨和分析,并依据行业标准和法规提出在单一饲料产销各环节的建议以及规范性的做法,以期扭转部分饲料加工企业在生产中违规的做法带来的消极影响。

Over the years, it has been found that, during the auditing for feed factories, some common problems about raw material procurement, quality control, additives, inventory management, etc., in feed factories bring various disorders to feed markets to a certain extent, and negative results of fake and inferior products. In this paper, the questions that need to be concerned during the auditing for feed factories were discussed and analyzed, including raw material purchasing management, standardized use of new feed additives, quality control plan and monitoring of inventory raw materials, then some suggestions and normative practices in all procedures of production and sale of single feed were put forward in accordance with industrial standard and regulations, so as to reverse the negative impact illegal practices in the production of some feed processing enterprises.
