浙江省长兴县湖羊产业融合发展对推进新疆羊产业融合发展的启示

Enlightenment of the Integrated Development of Huyang Industry in Changxing County for Sheep Industry in Xinjiang

农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题。推进农村一二三产业融合发展,是新时代做好“三农”工作的重要任务,是拓宽农民增收渠道、构建现代农业产业体系的重要举措。近年来,新疆高位推进农村一二三产业融合发展,但纵深看,融合发展水平仍不高。为借鉴国内先进省区三产融合的发展经验,丰富新疆农村一二三产业融合发展的实践基础,本文通过对浙江省长兴县湖羊产业的实地调研,总结了长兴县围绕羊产业在三产融合方面的主要做法与成效,分析了长兴县羊产业三产融合的发展经验,形成了通过种养业循环实现农业内部融合,通过产业链延伸实现一二三产业纵向融合,通过农业多功能拓展实现一二三产业横向融合,围绕供给侧推动一二三产高质量融合,筑牢产业发展基础,提高一二三产融合能力等五点推进新疆羊产业融合发展的启示,为新疆羊产业融合发展提供了经验借鉴与参考。

The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the essentialities related to national economy and people's livelihood. To Promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries is an important task for the work about agriculture, rural areas and farmers in a new era, and it is an important measure to broaden the channels for farmers to increase income and build a modern agricultural industry system. In recent years, the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries has been promoted in Xinjiang, but the level of integrated development is still low .?In order to draw lessons from the development experience model of the integrated development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the advanced provinces and autonomous regions, and to enrich the practical basis for the integrated development of Xinjiang rural industry, the main practices and results of sheep industry was summarized through field research on the hu sheep industry in changxing County, Zhejiang province, and the development experience of sheep industry in changxing County was analyzed, and then agricultural internal integration was formed, therefore, some enlightenments were given to the integration in sheep industry, including vertical integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries by extension of the industrial chain, horizontal integration through multi-function development of agriculture, promoting the high-quality integration from the supply, building strong base of development and improving the ability of integration, which provided some experience and reference for the integrated development of Xinjiang sheep industry.
